What to do prior to coming to US
- Getting situated in the 1st few months (i.e. banks, documents, etc.)
- Housing/Living, Banking - best practices and avoiding scams
- Building Credit History
- Schools for kids, and free education and transportation for school
- General advice about taxes, health care (how much company pays vs employee pays, HSA, etc.)
- Proper exit strategy – in case the project gets cancelled, what happens to cars loans, credit cards, etc.
